CookiClub.app lets you share your photos.
SHARE PHOTOS
To be shared, your photos must not infringe on the rights of third parties (image rights, copyright, trademarks, etc.). You can upload them using our photo submission forms, providing the following information for each photo: title, month, year, and destination (this information will be displayed in the location and format chosen by CookiClub.app). Once the photos are uploaded, the CookiClub.app team will review them, but please note that we reserve the right to select which ones we wish to publish.
Please remember that these Sharing Conditions are part of the General Terms and Conditions of Use that you accepted when creating your CookiClub.app account and which constitute the contract between you and 2KOM France which publishes the website hereinafter referred to as CookiClub.app. By sharing your photos, you authorize CookiClub.app to publish them free of charge, in all languages, in all formats (excluding the purchase of advertising space), on all pages of the CookiClub.app website, its variations (including social networks) and digital products distributed by CookiClub.app (including applications), accessible on all digital devices. You therefore authorize CookiClub.app, free of charge, on a non-exclusive basis, worldwide, and for the duration you wish (within the limits of copyright law), to:
– reproduce, display, and adapt your photos on all current and future recording media for all storage and preservation purposes for the uses described above;
– reproduce, display, and adapt your photos in a multimedia work for the uses described above;
– reproduce, display, and adapt your photos for the purpose of promoting the activities of CookiClub.app via all current or future digital promotional media distributed by any means as defined below ;
– to represent your photos or their adaptations via all current or future telecommunication, communication and transmission networks) for the purposes of the uses defined above. Publishing photos on various media involves technical constraints and requires editorial consistency. Therefore, CookiClub.app may make adjustments (resolution, color, background removal, cropping, addition of text or photo elements) by any means, which you accept.
You guarantee to CookiClub.app that you are the author of the photographs, that your photos were taken by you alone, are entirely original, and do not contain any elements that could give rise to liability on the part of CookiClub.app (copyright, trademark, etc.) (to privacy, image rights, property, etc.) and that you therefore possess the necessary rights and authorizations to share photos containing any elements whose reproduction and representation are subject to authorization. If you have any doubts about the above statements and guarantees, we advise you not to share your photos.
You can request the removal of your photos from our photo library at any time via our Contact Form, indicating the links to the pages where your photos are located and, if possible, using the same email address you used when sharing them. The photos in question will be deleted within 15 working days. Sharing your photos implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet. Indeed, you know that CookiClub.app has no means of influencing the indexing carried out by search engines and that your photos are therefore likely to be indexed, viewed, downloaded and stored by third parties outside the CookiClub.app community. You therefore agree not to hold CookiClub.app liable for these third-party uses and acknowledge that you must contact the relevant search engines (or any individuals or legal entities that have stored your photos) directly to have your photos removed from search results, which may persist after your removal request.
If CookiClub.app breaches these Sharing Conditions, please notify us via our Contact Form and we undertake to remedy the situation within fifteen days.
If you fail to comply with the above procedure, you acknowledge that CookiClub.app cannot be held liable, which you declare to accept expressly and irrevocably.
